Stephen – Graduate Mechanical Engineer

“The graduate program with Motherson provided an excellent opportunity to work with leading edge technologies in the field of automation. I worked alongside experienced engineers on a project that looked to automate their material handling system using Autonomous Intelligent Vehicles (AIV).

This placement provided excellent opportunities to apply lessons learnt through university in a real-world application, giving key insights into the range of pathways available for career progression within the manufacturing industry.”

Dylan – Graduate Design Engineer

“I completed a 12-week internship with Motherson Australia as part of my degree in mechanical engineering. During the internship, I was immersed in the fast-paced design and manufacturing environment at Motherson.

The experience was both challenging and rewarding – I assisted the introduction of new products and processes while also contributing to the improvement and optimisation of existing processes. The internship ultimately led me to a graduate design engineering position at Motherson.”

Shahad – Graduate Quality Engineer

“The graduate program, with the direction of experienced managers and supportive team members, gave me the means to gain my confidence and learn new skill sets in facing new challenges.

You can trust Motherson to give you the adaptive training any graduate would need to develop their confidence in achieving their career goals.”
